Criticism

It is clear that amongst its other virtues, the internet reveals numerous artists and that as a result, outside of a few judicious or chance meetings at vernissages, certain creators can at times, through image, testify to their talent, or at least their pictorial and visual lines of research. So we welcome BILBÓ, the artist from Normandy who appears to me to really possess the desire to master shapes and colours at will, which he forcefully proves by clothing his canvas with a stunning representation of his determined, dynamic and powerful talent. At least this is what is reflected in his works, which are the result of a direct, convincing and creative approach, thereby resolutely placing him alongside the valiant cohort of committed and contemporary expressionists. The rawness of the brushstroke and paint matter combines with the artist’s gestures, thereby creating a different and authentic way of mastering this untamed style. His works nevertheless subtly expresses a deep sensitivity towards beings, the atmosphere of a landscape, and the harmony of a still-life with a force that can only be described as love.
