Criticism

Roselyne RUBIN-GREZEL is undoubtedly a figurative painter, but I would not dream of considering her realist. On the contrary, she defines life, beings and nature according to an enchanting and suggestive style, revealing a remarkable gift for expressing herself with appealing fluidity. With an attentive and confident brushstroke, the artist is always able to adapt to the choice of her themes, which conserve their technical primacy and are transformed into creations that exude velvety charm. Elegant perspectives serve to enhance the poetic grace of her palette, her colours boasting convincing contrasts and judicious choices. Roselyne RUBIN-GREZEL can be both decorative and original, but most importantly, she is master of an effective and mysterious sense of tranquility. And this is substantiated in superb reflections, infinitive perspectives and evocative sweeps, which are in turn reinforced by her well-affirmed personality within an attractive and constantly lively style of painting.
